Domestic Delivery – Charges & Timing
- Prices are inclusive of GST & Shipping within India.
- For all orders above Rs. 1000, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 149 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000.
- Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
In India, once your order has been shipped, you can generally expect delivery within 5-7 business days if you are in a metro area, and within 5-7 business days if you are in other regions of India. However, please keep in mind that delivery times may vary based on factors such as your shipping address, as well as external circumstances like public holidays and extreme weather conditions.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We are committed to making every effort to ensure your products arrive within the estimated delivery times. Our team will promptly address your concerns and work diligently to resolve any issues you may have.
Who will deliver my order?
We utilize reputable courier companies like DTDC, BlueDart, Dotzot, Delhivery, and others for our shipping needs. Our trusted delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
To facilitate a seamless delivery experience, kindly provide us with an accessible mobile number and your complete shipping address, including the pin-code and a nearby landmark. These details are essential to ensure the successful delivery of your order.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Yes! After your order has been shipped, you will promptly receive an email containing crucial information, including your tracking number and the courier company responsible for handling your order.
To know the status of your package, you can start tracking it just 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.
Alternatively, you have the convenience of tracking it directly from your account on our website. Simply click on 'Orders' in the top right corner and select 'Track Order' for the relevant Order ID.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to consolidate multiple orders once they have been placed, primarily due to regulatory and compliance issues. Consequently, shipping charges will be applied to each new order individually.
